We’re delighted that you’re interested in joining one of our creative Sip & Paint experiences! To help everything run smoothly, please read the following terms before booking. By purchasing a ticket or attending an event, you agree to the terms below.
🎟 Bookings & Payment
• Your seat is secured once the full ticket price or a €10 deposit has been paid.
• If you choose the deposit option, the remaining balance must be paid on the day of the event before the session begins.
• Spaces are limited, so bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Once payment or deposit is received, your place for the selected event date and time is reserved.
❌ Cancellations & Refunds
• Tickets and deposits are non-refundable.
• If you cancel on the day of the event or do not attend, we are unable to provide a refund.
• If an emergency or unexpected situation occurs, please contact us in writing via:
manesha.kaur.design@gmail.com or our official direct messaging channels.
• Any approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method within 10 business days.
🔄 Event Changes
Occasionally, circumstances outside our control may require adjustments.
• Manesha Kaur Designs reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify an event if necessary (for example venue issues or minimum attendance requirements).
• If we cancel an event, you will be offered the choice of:
– A full refund, or
– Moving your booking to another available event date.
🔁 Ticket Transfers
• If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else.
• Please notify us at least 24 hours before the event.
• To transfer a ticket, email us with the new guest’s full name and contact details.
🍷 Age & Behaviour
• Guests must meet the legal drinking age in Cyprus, and identification may be required.
• We encourage everyone to drink responsibly and enjoy the experience.
• To maintain a comfortable environment for all guests, the organiser may refuse entry or ask a participant to leave if behaviour is inappropriate. Refunds cannot be issued in these cases.
⚠️ Health & Safety
• Participation in the event is at your own discretion.
• If you have any allergies, health conditions, or accessibility requirements, please let us know in advance so we can try to accommodate you.
• Materials provided during the session should always be used according to the instructions given.
🛡 Liability
• Manesha Kaur Designs is not responsible for personal injury, accidents, or loss or damage to personal belongings during the event.
• Any liability relating to an event is limited to the value of the ticket purchased.
📸 Photography & Social Media
• Photos and videos may be taken during events to share the experience and promote future sessions.
• By attending, you agree that images or recordings that include you may be used on our website and social media platforms.
• If you prefer not to appear in photos or videos, please inform us before the event begins.
🎨 Artwork & Creative Content
• All teaching materials, artwork guidance, templates, and creative content remain the intellectual property of Manesha Kaur Designs unless otherwise stated.
• You are welcome to display or sell the artwork you create, except where specific templates or designs are clearly marked as restricted.
🔒 Privacy
• Any personal information collected during booking will be handled responsibly and used only for event bookings, communication, and updates, unless you choose to opt out.
⚖️ Governing Law
• These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, and any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
✔️ Agreement
By completing a booking and attending an event, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
